Central Railway to run eight tatkal special trains

To ease the extra rush of passengers, Central Railway (CR) on Thursday said it will run eight reserved tatkal special trains between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) and Madgaon.

The eight services of tatkal special trains would be run to clear the extra rush of passengers of summer season and most importantly there will be no dynamic fare on this reserved tatkal special trains, said a statement issued by CR.

Tickets can be booked both at computerised reservation centres and online, it said.

01005 special train will leave LTT at 12.45 a.m. on May 09 and May 16 and reach Madgaon at 11.30 a.m. same day.

While, 01006 special train will leave Madgaon at 12.30 p.m. on May 09 and May 16 and reach LTT at 11.45 p.m. the same day, it said,

The statement further said that 01045 special train will leave LTT at 01.10 a.m. on May 10 and May 17 and reach Madgaon at 12.30 p.m.

While 01046 special train will leave Madgaon at 4 p.m. on May 10 and May 17 and reach LTT at 03.30 a.m. on next day.

These trains would stop at Thane, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Khed, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Vaibhavwadi Road, Kankavali, Kudal, Sawantwadi Road, Thivim and Karmali.
