Thyrocare Technologies Ltd, a company that runs a chain of diagnostic centres across India, has announced a public offer of 10,744,708 equity shares at a price band of Rs 420-446 per share through an offer for sale by some shareholders.
These include sale of 18.9 per cent stake by CX Partner and 1.1 per cent by the promoters. At the highest price band, the issue will raise Rs 480 crore and at the lowest price band, it will fetch Rs 450 crore.
The issue, to be offered through a book building method, will open on April 27 and close on April 29.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 33 shares and in multiples of 33 shares thereafter. The shares are proposed to be listed on National Stock Exchange and the Bombay Stock Exchange.
