The bicycle expo scheduled to be held at Port ground on Kozhikode Beach from July 24 to 26 as part of the Calicut Cycle Carnival has been postponed to August 29, 30, and 31 due to adverse weather, District Panchayat President Babu Parasseri said in a press release.
