Transgenders chip in with aid

On a day when most people in West Bengal opted to stay home taking advantage of a bandh, transgenders of Kolkata hit the streets to collect funds for the victims of the Nepal earthquake.

Hundreds of transgenders on Thursday evening held a condolence meeting, and donated for the victims.
