Aspiring chess masters now have an opportunity to test their skills. The Hindu In School Chess Competition ’18 will be organised for different age groups at Sindhi Model Senior Secondary School, Kellys, on December 22 at 9 a.m.
To be organised under the aegis of Chennai District Chess Association, the competition will be conducted for different categories — under 9, 11, 13 and 15 — for both boys and girls. Students may register at http://www.thehindu.com/thischess/ to participate in the competition. They must bring a print out of the confirmatory email received from The Hindu along with their school identity card.
