Insurance firm signs MoU with bank
New India Assurance Company Ltd. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Repatriates Cooperative Finance and Development Bank Ltd. (REPCO Bank), in which the latter will act as a corporate agent in distributing general insurance products.
The MoU was signed by Rakesh Kumar, general manager, New India Assurance Company Ltd. and R. Varadarajan, MD, REPCO Bank. The Bancassurance Divisional Office will be the nodal agency for the tie-up, a press release said. – Staff Reporter
