Confused over choosing places to take off from mundane life. The Hindu Group’s Discover India Travel Expo 2018 is here to provide several choices of travel plans. The two-day expo will be held in Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam, on October 13 and 14. The expo, which is conceptualised by Theme - The Hindu Group Events team, will enable visitors to interact with tourism boards and travel operators.
It will feature stalls of State tourism boards, tour operators, resorts, online tour guides. Visitors could check on travel insurance at the expo, which offers all travel information under one roof.
Some of the partners of the event include tourism boards of States such as Gujarat, Rajasthan, Kerala and Tamil Nadu and tour operators including Club 7 Holidays, Thomas Cook, IRCTC and Andaman Holidays. Nearly 1,500 people are expected to visit the expo to be held between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. Entry is free for the expo supported by Incredible India.
