Case against Hrithik Roshan

The Kodungaiyur Police booked a criminal case against actor Hrithik Roshan and seven others for allegedly cheating a stockist.

According to the complainant, M.R.Muralidharan, authorised signatory of Sun Enterprises, he was appointed as a super stockist of Xtreme Perfumes & Personal Care, promoted by Roshan to merchandise ‘HRX,’ a perfume in 2014.

The complainant said Roshan was introduced as the brand owner. After the brand changed hands, non-moving stock was returned to the firm. But ₹ 20 lakh was not paid as compensation. The case was booked under section 420 (Cheating) IPC.
