While there are a dozen websites that allow you to search for homes and apartment spaces on rent, users will tell you it is not only tough to negotiate but also to find the exact location of the property.
Now, www.Refind.in - a property search website which goes live this Thursday, will make searching easy, according to Kannan Rasappan, the website’s business executive. The site would be multi-lingual.
Mr. Rasappan said that the residential spaces listed on the website would be verified by their field executives. He also said that the executives would “educate” brokers, builders and landlords to register on their website. While services would be free for real estate brokers and landlords, builders would have to pay Rs. 5,000 per project per month.
