Woman alleges abuse in mall in Malleswaram

A woman in her thirties lodged a complaint stating that she was molested by a man at Mantri Square in Malleswaram on Monday.

The incident caused commotion as the woman’s husband chased the molester and caught him before calling the police.

Malleswaram police rushed to the spot and arrested the accused, Ravi Kumar, a resident of Neelgiri district, Tamil Nadu. Ravi Kumar was visiting the city and had come to shop at the mall.

The woman in her complaint alleged that the accused molested her in the escalator and tried to flee from the spot.
