The Hindu – EDGE CET Counselling 2017 is here to help students develop a more clear idea of the way ahead to begin a career.
The event will be held in nine centres from May 27 to June 4. Thse are Bidar, Bengaluru, Mangaluru, Kalaburagi, Mysuru, Davangere, Ballari, Hubballi and Tumakuru.
Officials of the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will make presentations and answer queries on the counselling and seat allotment process during the event. The programme will run from 10 a.m. to 1.15 p.m. on the specified dates in each city and will have sessions on CET counselling and NEET counselling as well as a session on offbeat courses.
There will be a question and answer session in which students and parents can clear their doubts about the admission process.
The event is open to students of Classes IX to XII and their parents. Entry is free.
In addition, general education experts, as well as subject experts from medicine and engineering, will be accessible to students.
