Kaushik Kounr, who was arrested by CBI on Thursday, in connection with uploading videos of a gangrape, was running a large operation of uploading porn clips onto the internet.

Sleuths found sophisticated video editing software and stealth cameras in his house, in addition to more than 500 porn videos. CBI sources said that the agency would look into the source of the videos, and whether Kaushik was involved in the making of the videos. They will investigate whether the videos were shot without the knowledge of the subjects, and whether the suspect was making money from the clips.

The sources said that two men from Odisha had been arrested in connection with the gangrape. Sleuths are probing whether Kaushik was acquainted with them or the men in the gangrape video or the crime itself.
