The Hindu will host the South Bangalore Property Investment Expo this weekend, where more than 50 builders will participate at the Elaan Convention Centre in J.P. Nagar. The third edition of the exhibition will feature properties starting from Rs. 10 lakh onwards.
Showcasing projects from Mysore Road, Bannerghatta Road, Electronics City Phase 1 & 2, Outer Ring Road and other residential areas, the property investment expo will put the spotlight on south Bengaluru.
The coveted residential sector in the southern part of the city offers both affordable and premium projects, while most areas here also receive Cauvery water supply. Serenity envelops the region even as schools, offices, banks, malls, and hospitals along with green spaces and recreational centres are easily available.
