PUC student stabbed

A PUC student was stabbed on Tuesday during a fight between two groups of students of a college. The incident took place in the limits of Tilaknagar police station.

The injured youth has been admitted to Victoria hospital.

The police have questioned the students involved in the fight.

The fight started around 11.30 a.m when the victim was teased by some students. The teaching staff of the college intervened and stopped the fight.

However, the two groups again fought with each other around 1.30 p.m. and this time, the youth was stabbed.

The police have ruled out the involvement of outsiders in the incident.
