The city police have arrested a 23-year-old man on charges of raping a 14-year-old girl in Kengeri.
Police suspect that the accused had allegedly sexually abused the girl, who happens to be his neighbour, a couple of times over the last five months. The matter came to light on Tuesday after the girl complained about stomach ache to her parents, who subjected her to a medical test.
The accused Nagendra, who is a resident of Vidyapeetha Road in Kengeri has been arrested.
