In a bid to provide financial security to senior citizens below the age of 70, the Nightingale Empowerment Foundation will organise a job fair on Saturday. The fair will help physically fit senior citizens find employment and get a steady income, said Radha S. Murthy, Trustee of the foundation. So far, 1,000 elders have been placed in jobs and the foundation would also provide training to those selected, if needed.
The fair will be held at the RV Institute of Management, Jayanagar between 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
