Foundation stone laid for centralised police command centre

The Chief Minister on Tuesday laid the foundation stone for the centralised police command centre on the KSRP 1st battalion campus here on Tuesday.

The multistorey centre worth ₹80 crore will have 1,93,000 sq. ft built-up area and will sit on a 3.12 acre site. The Centre was planned after studying the police command centres in Abu Dhabi and Hyderabad. The building, which will have solar rooftops, is expected to be completed in two years.
