Training for tribal MBA graduates

A 13-day job-oriented training programme, is being organised by the GCC for tribal MBA graduates. In all 60 tribal graduates are participating the training programme. They were taken to GCC marketing offices in different mandals and the GCC Corporate Office in the city.

A positioning workshop was held at the College of Science and Technology, Andhra University on Wednesday and they were given PowerPoint presentations on various aspects of the functioning of GCC.

They were given information relating to their specific area of interest like accounts, marketing and finance.

“These graduates, who could not find a job in the last couple of years, are being trained and we will place them in ‘outsourcing jobs’ in the corporation,” Mr. Naidu told The Hindu on Wednesday.
