Scores of worshippers march in Vizag to mark Good Friday

A ‘Good News Rally’ was organised by the ‘Life Changing Revival Centre’ of P.J. Stephen Paul Ministries on the occasion of Good Friday.

Scores of members participated in the rally, which started at Subbalakshmi Kalyana Mandapam, Railway New Colony, at 6 a.m. and passed via LIC Building, RTC Complex at Dwarakanagar and Diamond Park before returning to its starting point.

Dr. P.J. Stephen, founder of the Revival Centre, and Sister Shaila Paul, spoke about the crucifixion of Lord Jesus Christ and His resurrection.

They said that Jesus Christ had shed his blood for the entire humanity and described him as the ‘saviour of the world’.

The rally was also organised at different branches of Revival Centre at Gopalapatnam, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant and near Pendurthi in the city.

Friday prayers were conducted from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the respective branches.

Good Friday was observed at the QMB Church at Resapuvanipalem.
