District Education Officer B.Lingeswar Reddy on Thursday called upon students to actively participate in sports activities which keep body and mind in a good shape.
Addressing students at a summer coaching camp being organised by Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Public School appreciated the school management for arranging experienced coaches for training the students in various sports at the camp. He asked the students to make best use of the camp. He advised teaching staff to introduce the founding and spoken English classes, and Olympiad exams. He presented T- shirts to students. A 40-day summer camp is being conducted in TT, throw ball , chess ,carom, volleyball and basketball.
T.S.R.Prasad, president of District Olympic Association, D.S.Varma, vice-president of VDCA, K.Chakravathi, physical director of BVK College, B. Ramayya, secretary of the District Basket Ball Association, School Incharge K.Rajyalaxmi , and PET K.Prasad Yadav, and the school staff were present.
