Non-interlocking work to disrupt rail services

A number of trains are either cancelled or short-terminated due to proposed non-interlocking works from October 4 to 13 to facilitate commissioning of third line between Korukonda-Vizianagaram stations.

Train Nos 18511/18512 Koraput-Visakhapatnam-Koraput inter-city express leaving Visakhapatnam on October 5, 9 and 12 and leaving Koraput on Oct. 6, 10 and 13 will remain cancelled.

Train 22853 Shalimar-Viakhapatnam weekly express leaving Shalimar on October 6 will be cancelled and consequently the train No. 22854 Visakhapatnam-Shalimar weekly express will be cancelled on October 7.

Train No. 22874 Visakhapatnam-Digha weekly express leaving Visakhapatnam on October 8 and train 22873 Digha-Visakhapatnam weekly express leaving Digha on Octobber 9 will be cancelled.

Train No. 18516 Visakhapatnam-Tata Nagar weekly express leaving Visakhapatnam on October 4 and 11 and train No. 18515 Tata Nagar-Visakhapatnam weekly express leaving Tata Nagar on October 5 and on 12 will be cancelled.

Train No. 22810 Visakhapatnam-Paradeep weekly express leaving Visakhapatnam on October 11 and train No. 22809 Paradeep-Visakhapatnam weekly express will be cancelled on October 14.

Among passenger services, Train No.58506 Visakhapatnam-Gunupur passenger and train No. 58505 Gunupur-Visakhapatnam passenger will remain cancelled from October 5 to 13.

Train No. 67294 Visakapatnam- Palasa MEMU passenger and the train No. 67293 Palasa-Visakhapatnam MEMU passenger will remain cancelled from October 5 to 13.

Train No. 67292 Visakhapatnam-Vizianagaram MEMU passenger leaving Visakhapatnam from October 5 to 13 will be cancelled and train No. 67291 Vizianagaram-Visakhapatnam MEMU passenger leaving Vizianagaram from October 6 to 14 will remain cancelled.

Train No 58526 Visakhapatnam-Palasa passenger leaving Visakhapatnam from October 5 to 13 will remain cancelled and consequently train No. 58525 Palasa-Visakhapatnam passenger leaving Palasa from October 6 to 14 will be cancelled.

Short termination

Train No. 58537 Koraput-Visakhapatnam Passenger leaving Koraput from October 5 to 13 will be short terminated at Rayagada. It will run as 58538 passenger from Rayagada to Koraput. Hence the services of this train will remain cancelled between Visakhapatnam- Rayagada on these dates.

Train No. 58529 Durg-Visakhapatnam passenger leaving Durg from October 5 to 12 will be short terminated at Titlagarh and from Titlagarh the train will run as 58530 Titlagarh-Durg passenger from October 6 to 13. Hence the services of this train will remain cancelled between Visakhapatnam-Titlagarh.

Train No. 58527 Raipur-Visakhapatnam passenger train leaving Raipur from October 5 to 13 will be short terminated at Titlagarh and from Titlagarh the train will run as 58528 Titlagarh-Raipur passenger from October 5 to 13. Hence the services of this train will remain cancelled between Visakhapatnam-Titlagarh on these days.

Train No. 57271 Vijayawada-Visakhapatnam-Rayagada passenger train leaving Vijayawada on October 4 will be short terminated at Visakhapatnam and will run as 57272 Visakhapatnam-Vijayawada passenger on October 5. The services of this passenger train will remain cancelled between Visakhapatnam-Rayagada on October 5.
