NABL workshop

Fifty-four faculty members of the pathology, microbiology and biochemistry are attending a four-day workshop being conducted by a team from the National Accreditation Board for Laboratories (NABL), New Delhi, at Andhra Medical College.

Principal S.V. Kumar has said that the training in the process of accreditation is being imparted during the workshop.

A National IMA award winner for Quality Laboratory Education and pathologist Neeraj Jain is the lead faculty, microbiologist Rohini Kathan is the senior faculty for the course and Anila Saini is the programme coordinator. Another workshop will be held for the second batch from November 18 to 21.
