AU, Ludong universities sign MoU

Andhra University and Ludong University at Shandong in China on Thursday entered into a MoU on exchange and cooperation in the area of education, at Andhra University on Thursday.

Andhra University Vice-Chancellor G.S.N. Raju and President of Ludong University Bi Xianshun singed the MoU.

Areas of interest

The two universities would work for improving friendship, education, culture and science exchanges, and work together on issues of mutual interest with student-centric approach, Prof. Raju said.

The Chinese university’s Dean of Foreign Languages School Chen Zongli, AU Rector E.A. Narayana, Registrar V. Umamaheswara Rao, and Dean (international affairs) B. Mohan Venkata Ram were present.

Among the areas of interest are short-term exchange and training and summer internship programmes; faculties to teach, publish works and papers together while students of both universities would study the language and culture of the other country.
