The new team of office-bearers for American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE)’s Visakhapatnam chapter were installed at a function here on Monday by ASSE Ambassador for Middle East, India and South East Asia Jitu C. Patel.
The team includes Shree Ram Narendra Soman president, B. Amarnath vice-president, D.B.V.S.N. Raju secretary, D. Ananth Kumar treasurer, K. Ramachandra Rao technical chair, Akbar Ziauddin advisory chair, B. Madhu membership chair, S.P.B. Rangacharyulu programme chair, P.B.V. Subrahmanyam regulatory chair, K. Kumar Raja nomination and election chair, M. Ramjee community service chair and D. Charan Kumar student chair.
Mr. Patel, who administered pledge among new office-bearers said following amendment in bye-laws, the local chapter would have an extended term of two years.
