The Padma Suzuki, and other two-wheeler dealers in Vijayawada formally launched the new version of Suzuki Access-125 renaming it Swish-125.

Vallurupalli Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. directors Siva Prasad and Ratna Prabhu told reporters that the vehicle was priced ex-showroom at Rs.47,865 with a three-month waiting time, but all those who had booked for the Access, would be given a choice of taking this new vehicle variant as it has the same engine with a 50 kmpl mileage.

The vehicle costs about Rs. 600 extra, but has 6 litres of petrol tank and a box for the helmet and has some modern looks and is more powerful compared to other competing scooters in this range, which are 110 CC compared to 125 CC of this scooter.

All vehicles are Euro-III compliant and come with a catalytic convertor with a maximum speed of 90 kmph.

About 150 Access vehicles are allotted for the dealer every month, but no quota has been fixed for Swish-125 so far, added Mr. Siva Prasad.
