The liquor stock seized by the police in Vijayawada on Wednesday.
The Task Force police raided a godown and seized liquor worth ₹77,67,610 stored in it illegally on Wednesday.
On a tip-off, a team led by ADCP K.V. Srinivas Rao raided a house on the Tickle Road and seized 67 brands of liquor stored without any bills. A liquor trader was maintaining the stocks, it was said. The seized liquor was shifted to the Machavaram police station for further action.
