Mr. Singh said the project, certified by the Indian Green Building Council, will have integrated landscape areas with no traffic at the ground level. Priority is given to round-the-clock security, coupled with comprehensive fire-fighting systems. Under Phase-II, the developers will build a shopping centre, cineplex with 12 screens, a convention centre, an exclusive tower for the commercial office purpose and a five star hotel.
