Southern Railway has announced that the following passenger trains will be temporarily cancelled on Saturdays / Sundays for a period of three months from June 27 to September 27 to facilitate maintenance of track and bridges over Madurai division for safe running of trains:
The Tiruchi-Karaikudi passenger (No. 76831) is cancelled on Saturdays till September 27. The Tiruchi-Manamadurai passenger (76807), Manamadurai-Tiruchi passenger (76808) and Karaikudi-Tiruchi passenger (76830) are cancelled on Sundays till September 27, a Southern Railway press release here said.
