The first allotment for Plus One courses was published on Tuesday, but students in four districts in the State are yet to get their SSLC certificate, a key document to be submitted during the admission process.
Officials of the Pareeksha Bhavan at Poojappura in the city said the certificates of students in Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Kottayam, and Ernakulam were yet to be distributed.
“These certificates have been printed and verified, and will reach the DEOs of these districts by Wednesday,” a Pareeksha Bhavan official said.
Students have to seek admission to the schools by June 18.
Delays in getting the “A List” — details of each student — from the schools and verifying the same, making corrections after printing the certificates…all these contributed to the delay in the certificates reaching the schools, Pareeksha Bhavan officials said.
