SBI-The Hindu Group Home Expo in capital

To showcase properties from 30 leading builders

Many doors of opportunities are set to open at SBI- The Hindu Group Home Expo, powered by icloud Homes, which is slated to be held on August 11 and 12 at Trivandrum Club Hall, Vazhuthacaud.

The expo will showcase a wide range of properties from 30 leading builders, mainly from Thiruvananthapuram and also a few from Kochi. Options are galore with homes ranging from ₹35 lakh to ₹3.50 crore, from budget homes to functional apartment to lavish villas and luxury bungalows — all on a single platform. Discounts ranging from ₹100 to ₹500 will be offered for the bookings at expo.

Home loan options

It’s not just about housing choices. You can also connect with financial institutions such as State Bank of India (SBI) and others at one-on-one sessions especially planned to help buyers. Home loans are available for all categories with speedy disbursals. The SBI offers zero processing free for all bookings made at the expo.

With a clutter-free floor plan that offers easy navigation, this show is expected to help buyers decide on their dream homes. One can get a primer on upcoming and existing projects, meet experts for personalised solutions, and check out financial options.

Free consultations

Kanipayyur Krishnan Namboodiripad will offer free consultations on Vassthu at the expo on August 11. Leading architects from Indian Institute of Architects (IIA) will offer consultations on design, construction, and interiors. Kitchen stylist Agnikone and Paint consultant Santha Paint House will be available to address queries. There will a legal expert to help on various aspects of property buying. Entry is free and the expo is open from 10.30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
