A team of Excise sleuths led by Excise Range officer, Neyyattinkara, on Tuesday arrested a man on charges of possessing ganja. The arrested has been identified as Inshad (23), son of Rasheed of Vizhinjam Township Colony.
Inshad, who had been accused in several criminal cases, including murder attempt, was arrested with 150 gm of cannabis after being chased by the Excise sleuths.
