K. Vasuki holding talks with Additional District Magistrate, Deputy Collectors, and Sub Collector after assuming charge as District Collector, Thiruvananthapuram, on Tuesday.
K. Vasuki has assumed charge as the new District Collector. She is the 42nd Collector of the capital district.
She took charge from Additional District Magistrate John V. Samuel. Addressing the Collectorate staff, Ms. Vasuki said she would prioritise comprehensive development of the district and sanitation. All employees should work with dedication, she said. Ms. Vasuki, who belongs to Tamil Nadu, is a 2008 batch IAS official.
