RUDSETI to offer vocational trainings

The Rural Development and Self Employment Training Institute (RUDSETI), Ujire, has chalked out different training programmes and has asked interested youth to make use of them. RUDSETIs are established in every district by different banks to offer vocational training to unemployed youth.

At Ujire RUDSETI, training in women’s tailoring (boutique) will be held from May 20 to June 18; computer DTP from May 27 to July 10; rural entrepreneurship development from June 19 to June 28; photography and videography from June 28 to July 27, and dairy farming and wormi-compost from July 1 to July 10.

Training includes free boarding and lodging while counselling on entrepreneurship, government subsidy, banking faclities etc., woud be provided. Applicants knowing to read and write Kannada and aged between 18 and 45 may use the facility by sending application forms written on a plain paper to the Director, RUDSETI, Siddavana, Ujire, Belthangady taluk, 574240.
