The century of K.L. Rahul at the Sydney cricket ground on Thursday is a reflection of his hard work and determination, said Jayaraj Samuel Muthu, the Coach of Mr. Rahul in Mangaluru.
Expressing his happiness over Mr. Rahul’s performance, Mr. Muthu said he had hoped the ward would achieve the feat in his first test. “This is a big moment. I would have liked to be in the ground to see it”.
Mr. Muthu, who has been associated with Mr. Rahul since the latter was 11-years-old, said God and good-luck have helped him in the achievement, referring to the Australian Captain Steve Smith dropping the catch when Rahul was on 46.
