Visitors’ entry into airport to be barred from January 20-31

Visitors’ entry to the terminal of the Mangalore International Airport will be barred from January 20 to January 31 because of security reasons in view of the forthcoming Republic Day. Entry tickets will not be sold to visitors during this period, according to an official press release.

Indane LPG gas consumers, linked to Tirumala Gas Agencies in Kulur, can air their grievances during the meeting to be held at the Nehru Bhavan in KIOCL Layout in Kavoor on Saturday at 11 a.m. Similarly consumers linked to Kamadhenu agencies can participate in the meeting to be held at the CODP building near Padua School in Nantoor on January 21, Bejai’s Anupama Gas agency consumers at the Rotary Balabhavan in Mannagudda on January 22 and in premises of Avinash Enterprises in Ullal on January 30. The meeting of Rai Indane gas agency consumers will be organised in Sullia taluk Panchayat auditorium on January 20, in Puttur Mookambika Gas agencies’ office on January 24. Panchami Gas agency consumers and Manjula Gas agency of Belthangady cosumers’ meeting will happen on January 28.

Mangaluru Siri Horticulture Association and Mahila Sabha will be jointly conducting bonsai training on January 24 between 2.30 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. The training will be held at the Mahila Sabha’s auditorium near Ambedkar Circle. From Siri association members Rs. 50 will be collected and from the rest Rs. 75 will be charged. Interested persons have to register their names by January 22.
