Water level in Papanasam dam on Tuesday stood at 58 feet (maximum permissible level is 143 feet). The dam had an inflow of 59.70 cusecs of water and 254.75 cusecs of water was discharged. The level in Manimuthar dam stood at 89 feet (118 feet). The dam had an inflow of 76 cusecs and 200 cusecs of water was discharged.
