22-year-old person lost his life after falling from the terrace of his friend’s house.
The deceased has been identified as Vijay, a native of Nettoor near here, who was an apprentice trainee at the Cochin Shipyard.
According to police, Vijay had attended a party held at his friend’s house on Sunday evening and slept on the terrace of his friend’s home later in the night.
On Monday morning, he was found lying unconscious in the courtyard and was declared brought dead to the hospital.
Preliminary investigations revealed that he had accidentally fallen from the terrace. Officials are also investigating other possibilities in this case.
His body will be handed over to relatives after a post-mortem.
