Tender procedures for the new superspecialty block and the cancer block at the General Hospital will begin with a pre-bid meeting on September 22. The Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board had approved ₹76.5 crore for the project, said a statement by District Collector K. Mohammed Y. Safirullah, who is also the chairman of the Hospital Development Society. Details of the tender will be available on etenders.kerala.gov.in, and the last date for submitting the tenders is October 6.
