Students visit warships at naval base

Twenty senior secondary students and teachers of Rajagiri Public School, Kalamassery, visited the naval ships Magar and Sunayna in Kochi on Thursday and presented sweets to the naval personnel in a gesture of gratitude for guarding the maritime borders.

Cdr Harish Srinivasan and Cdr Kunal Tewari, Commanding Officers of Sunayna and Magar, welcomed them.

The students were briefed on India’s maritime history and shown gears used for various operations.
