Many doors of opportunities are set to open at SBI- The Hindu Home Expo set to be held on August 3 and 4 at Highway Garden Convention Centre, opposite Oberon Mall on the Palarivattom-Edapally bypass. The timing is between 10.30 a.m. and 8.30 p.m.

The expo will showcase several premium property brands and buyers will have an exciting array of options – from budget homes and functional apartments to lavish villas and luxury bungalows – on a single platform. Prices range from ₹12 lakh to ₹4 crore. Discounts range from ₹100 to ₹300 per sq.ft from select builders.

Buyers can also connect with financial institutions and bankers in specially-planned one-on-one sessions. SBI offers lowest home loan rates and zero processing fee exclusively for the participating buyers. With a clutter-free floor plan that offers easy navigation, this show is sure to help home buyers.

Meeting experts

Visitors can get a primer on upcoming and existing projects, meet experts for personalised solutions and check out financial options without taking too much time.
