The guiding spirit behind the founding of Udyogamandal School (FACT), Raj Lakshmy Nayar, 92, passed away at her residence in Aluva on Tuesday.

Ms. Nayar was predeceased 54 years ago by her husband Major Bal Krishna Nayar. Following that, she became a teacher at Blue Mountain School, Ootacamund. M.K.K.
