No need for further probe into copying case: Senkumar

June 10, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:35 am IST - KOCHI:

Director General of Police T.P. Senkumar has ruled out the possibility of further police inquiry into the allegation of copying against Thrissur range IG T.J. Jose. Talking to reporters here on Tuesday, Mr. Senkumar said that there was no criminal case against Mr. Jose. An inquiry had already been conducted under the supervision of ADGP. There was no need for further inquiry. In such cases, an inquiry would have to be conducted by the DGP himself, he said. The prevailing situation does not warrant that, Mr. Senkumar said. He said he would submit his report to the State government after receiving the inquiry report of the sub-committee of MG University syndicate.
