Whoever feels Marxism is dying, should visit the ongoing Krithi International Book festival at Marine drive.

Hundreds of Marxist classic titles and contemporary Marxist studies are on sale for the discerning readers of Kerala, which has the right mix of Marxists and anti-Marxists. The book stall here at Krithi Book Fest run by Janchetna of Lucknow has got several titles by Karl Marx, Frederic Engels, Vladimir Lenin, Joseph Stalin and Mao Zedong.

According to Mr. Sunny Singh from Delhi, in-charge of the stall, Janchetna was here in the first edition of Krithi as well and that it was the encouraging response they got last time that prompted them to return this year.
