Kashmir students arrive in Kochi on a goodwill visit

Twenty boys from Jammu and Kashmir, accompanied by their teachers, visited Kochi for three days from Thursday.

The students are on an all-India tour under the Army's ‘Op Sadbhavana' aimed at exposing them to the diversity, progress and strength of the country.

Visit to tourist spots

Five army personnel, including an officer, accompanied the students when they visited Kochi, where they were hosted by the Southern Naval Command.

As part of their Kochi tour, the students were taken to tourist spots like the Athirappilly waterfalls, Bolgatty Palace, Hill Palace Museum and Marine Drive.

The boys also visited INS Sarvekshak, a survey vessel of the Navy.
