Two persons riding a bike across the road near Katta Maisamma temple at Shamirpet on Hyderabad-Karimnagar Highway died after being hit by Maruti Ertiga on Tuesday night.
The accident occurred around 8.15 p.m. One of the victims was identified as Raju, 32, the Shamirpet Inspector A. Sathaiah said. The two victims were crossing the road on the bike when the Ertiga heading for Karimnagar from the city rammed it.
