The Cyberabad police have issued traffic advisory to ensure smooth flow of traffic at the newly-opened IKEA store at Madhapur.

Vehicles coming from JNTU, Cyber Towers and 100-feet road and proceeding towards Lemon Tree hotel, HSBC Bank and Tech Mahindra must take U-turn at the newly-formed rotary above the underpass at Raheja Mindspace.

Cyberabad DCP (Traffic) S.M. Vijay Kumar said the one-way entry at Raheja IT park was open for traffic and vehicles going towards Cyber towers, Kukatpally and Miyapur can exit from the main gate of the park and take U-turn towards Karachi Bakery. Traffic existing from C gate of Raheja IT park proceeding towards Gachibowli and Mehdipatnam should proceed towards Madhapur traffic police station via Biodiversity Park. “And traffic proceeding towards Ramky towers should proceed towards My Home Bhooja, and take U-turn and take left turn from IKEA store,” he said.

Shuttle service

The IKEA store management arranged extra parking at three locations and is providing to and fro shuttle service.

Visitors can park their vehicles at Sandhya Convention centre, Nanakramguda rotary and in the open space behind ITC Hotel Kohenur.
