The Telugu Desam Party Telangana State unit has convened a meeting of the TDP legislature party on October 26, a day ahead of the commencement of the Assembly session, to discuss about the strategies that should be adopted in the ensuing session.

TDP-TS working president A. Revanth Reddy has invited all the senior leaders, including former MLAs and MPs, to participate in the meeting being held at the party’s headquarters NTR Trust Bhavan. The invitation assumes significance in the light of the differences that cropped up between senior leaders over the party’s stand vis-a-vis the Congress and the Telangana Rashtra Samiti.

TDP-TS leaders said that TDP president and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu who was likely to arrive in the city on October 25, is also expected to guide the leaders about the issues that should be raised by the party in the session and the manner in which the party should mount pressure on the Government to resolve them at the earliest.
