What could be termed as record of sorts, the Mother and Child Hospital (MCH) at the district headquarters recorded 33 deliveries in the past 24 hours. Out of them 17 are normal deliveries while 16 are C-section. Out of the new-born 17 are female and 16 male. The doctor Aruna Nayudu dealt successfully with all cases single-handed taking the help of other supporting staff. She has received words of appreciation from all.
