State Bank of India is organising a two-day home cum auto expo at Hitex here from September 1.
‘SBI Carnival 2018’ will be one of the biggest expos in Hyderabad. Over 50 leading real estate developers will participate. As many as 200 residential projects, in different price range, in and around Hyderabad will be showcased. Besides SBI approved projects, other projects would form part of the display.
Home loan consultancy, spot approvals and free CIBIL check will be highlights of the expo., a release from SBI said. SBI home loan will be approved on the spot and an in-principle sanction letter valid for three months issued at the expo.
Around 10 automobile dealers are set to showcase a range of cars at the expo. SBI planned to provide on the spot car loan approval facility.
SBI Hyderabad Circle Chief General Manager J. Swaminathan said the bank has dedicated home loan sales teams and specialised processing centres. “We will showcase our loan products suiting to various requirements of the visitors. Besides, all our digital products including YONO will be on display,” he said.
