Pharm. D student falls from third floor of hostel building, dies

A Pharm. D first year student of a Hanamkonda-based private college from West Bengal died after falling from the third floor of his college attached hostel building in the city on Friday.

The police identified the deceased as Rabi Ul Ameen Khan, a native of Midnapore in West Bengal.

He reportedly slipped and fell from the third floor of the hostel building on Friday morning. He suffered grievous injuries and was rushed to a hospital where he was declared brought dead.

Sources said that he had recently undergone treatment for severe dehydration.

The Hanamkonda police registered a case under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. (suspicious death).
